him.
Notes: Experimental all-film episode with a
significantly increased budget. No studio scenes are featured, the episode being filmed
almost entirely on location at Mt. Cathedral, near Buxton. The very small number of
interior scenes was also shot on film, video tape not being used. The role of 'Blue'
Carmody was originally intended for Ed Deveraux.
